2003. The Tradition Continues catalog from the PITTS3URGH BIENNIAL 03
I've praised the publisher of this catalog for the 2003 Pittsburgh Biennial, Encyclopedia Destructica, in basically every review I've ever written about their publications. They were very affordable when they came out, despite all their artists's books touches, & are probably almost impossible to find collector's items by now.

the last of which, the one intended for use in performance, is online at the URL provided above. The Biennial folks made a great poster that came in 2 forms: 1 with silver over the images that could be scratched off to make each copy unique, & 1 without the silver. Below are examples of the posters as displayed in my (M)Usic Room:
The "Harps & Angles" pages for the book are these:
The installation consisted of 4 piano harps turned into table tops. Each of these had surveillance cameras over them. The 4 images were mixed together & then projected onto the above table top of the same size & shape but, in this 5th table, there was a thin layer of water over 4 speakers that'd been coated with water-proofing that had springs coming off them. A mix of the sound from the other 4 table-tops was sent to the speakers which sent ripples through the water. The ripples effected the look of the projection & the reflection off the water's surface onto the wall adjacent to it. The yellow blob in the image above is a result of the projector's filter not being changed.
Who is like God? (Pestel) is doing a back-stand (?) on one of the piano harp table-tops. On the wall behind him to his left is a projection of the surveillance camera mix, blocked by his body behind him is the glow reflected off the water table.
Who is like God? (Tolson) (aka: tENTATIVELY, a cONVENIENCE) playing one of the piano-harp table-tops wearing his/my "Anarkanian" suit. The water table can be seen glowing in the corner.
This grouping of photos gives an idea of what most of the components of the installation were that were intended for the public to see. Components mounted on the ceiling aren't shown.
