I'm not serious about this at all, it's probably a waste of your time. I love Science Fiction aka Speculative Fiction. As of today, January 17, 2018, I've published 331 reviews of SF on Goodreads. I've even been thinking of writing an SF novel called "Rearranging Sue" for decades now. I don't think I'll ever do it, writing SF just isn't for me.
SO, instead, I've decided to go for Unscientific Fiction or Unscientific Frivilous Fiction.. I mean something vague that serves really no important purpose whatsoever. There doesn't have to be any rigorous basis for it at all. Let's say I imagine a budgerigar that's a super-genius, way ahead of any human that's ever existed, a budgie that makes Leonhard Euler seem like he's sitting still. In UF I don't have to justify it at all, the budgie doesn't have to've been exposed to radiation, maybe she (I'll make the budgie a girl) just had a perfectly ordinary life in a cage at a store.. but this budgie can telekinetically control things like which information goes where, it can shuffle around money in bank accounts. How would a budgie even know what a bank account is? Who cares?! She just does. Take my word for it.
Eventually, the writer & the reader are inside the budgie's mind. Let's say her name is "Cheep". Cheep can talk in every human language in the world & in every other language of every other sentient creature without even straining herself. But when we start to get inside the budgie's mind it might display something like this:
