Street Rat(bag)

This anarchist magazine was founded by Rita Rodentia, Will Rat for Iraq, & RATical (yours truly, tENTATIVELY, a cONVENIENCE) in 1999E.V.. Will Rat & Rita had discussed creating it & Rita asked RATical if he wanted to be part of it. RATical had had substantial experience with publishing & wasn't really in any hurry to create yet-another project along these lines but Rita convinced him.
